Several years ago my three children and i took on a new and fun way to treats at home with chocolates. We covered cookies cakes and of course made our own lollipops.For the Holidays ,School Fairs,Birthday Parties, or even just for home. We always were rewarded from friends neighbors and relatives just how good they were. Well since then my daughter decided to take on the full time roll of chocolate designer and opened her own company here in Staten Island New York. I decided to make a little bit of a different product Chocolate and Caramel coated Apples. I craft each one with a personal touch as well as a vast assortment of flavors, toppings and designs too many to list .
